LINE-UP SHEETS
Keep accurate record of your players.

Allows you to fill in the month and dates for practice and meet schedules.

TENNIS MATCH SCORE SHEETS
Keep accurate records of each match. List your player’s name and grade vs. the opponent’s name and grade, mark who won by using the school’s initial and the set scores. The above instructions apply to doubles. The adjacent page allows you and/or the player to record key details about the match.

INDIVIDUAL RECORD
Allows you to keep a statistical win/loss record of each players performance during the entire season, whether Varsity or Junior Varsity status.

TOURNAMENT GRIDS
Can be used for local, district, and state meets, up to a 32- player draw. Use two sheets for a 64-player draw.

TEAM ROSTER
Allows the coach to keep important information about each player with them at all times, including name, phone number, address/email, date of birth, grade, record of physical exam, and payment of fees. The grid across from each listed player can be used to take attendance for practice and meets.
